Jazz Music Norway is a newfounded production-company that provides over 200 live performances and employs several hundred jazz musicians a year. Together with the renowned conductor Carl Nilsen, Felix is the founder and director of Jazz Music Norway. Their mission is to provide authentic and traditional jazz experiences to a growing and enthusiastic audience in Norway.
In collaboration with Aftenposten A-kortet, SAKK, and Jazz Music Norway, Felix is the musical director for Karpedammen Festival together with his musical partner, Thor-Erik Fjellvang. The festival was founded in 2020 and features 4 days of performances with the Norwegian Jazz Orchestra and guest artists for several thousands of enthusiastic audiences at Oslo's most beautiful outdoor arena.
Jazz Nights at Club Gustav hosted by Felix Peikli has quickly become a number one cultural destination, as Felix with his house orchestra invites the audiences to authentic jazz expereinces every Friday and Saturday night at the venerable premises at Hotel Amerikalinjen downtown Oslo.
As Norway has reopened after the pandemic lockdown, the populare monthly jazzbrunch series is back at the beautiful Kulturkirken Jakob in Oslo. The series is a collaboration between Aftenposten A-kortet, Kulturkirken Jakob, RealMat and Jazz Music Norway.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, Felix gathered a New Orleans parade to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Louis Armstrong. To commemorate the importance of the legendary Buddy Bolden, Felix and Carl Nilsen boarded a hot air balloon that launched downtown Oslo on live-stream.
Born in Oslo, Norway, Felix was introduced to music through the local marching band at the age of eight. After discovering his love and passion for music, Felix received a Benny Goodman recording from his grandfather, sparking a burst of what would become a life long dedication and devotion to the American art form, Jazz.
Despite his young age, Felix has been granted numerous awards and distinctions for his dedication and contribution to the clarinet and music, including a full tuition scholarship to the prestigious institution Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with a Bachelor in Music Performance (2012). After moving to New York, Felix has collaborated and performed with notable artists such as Wayne Shorter, Danilo Perez, Joe Lovano, Ralph Peterson jr., and Marcus Miller, whom the latter was featured on Felix’ critically acclaimed debut album “Royal Flush” (2014).
Having performed at famous venues like the Blue Note, Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola, as well as headlining festivals, and concert appearances worldwide as a bandleader, Felix is on a constant mission to spread joy and inspiration through his music. Felix has hosted numerous charitable performances in collaboration with UNICEF, and serves as an ambassador and member of the board for ‘Playing for a Future’ bringing music education and instruments to children in impoverished regions of the world. Felix is the artistic director of the Norwegian Jazz Orchestra, music curator at Club Gustav at Hotel Amerikalinjen, and founder and CEO of Jazz Music Norway.

The Norwegian Jazz Orchestra was founded in April 2019 by Felix Peikli and Carl Nilsen. Their debut performance at UNESCO International Jazz Day on April 30th, 2019 celebrated Duke Ellington's 120th anniversary by reorchestrating his arrangements of "Peer Gynt Suite" by the norwegian composer Edvard Grieg.
